We hired Jeanne Mantell to finalize the adoption of our son Samuel who was born in 2004 off
of a referral from our facilitator we were working with. Wow! Jeanne was great! She was so
personable, sweet and truly cared about our adoption and our family. Her customer service
skills and follow up were amazing! She checked in with us all of the time, made sure we
understood exactly what she was doing for us, answered any questions we had, and helped us
each step of the way. Even when we were just waiting for our court date and there wasn't really
anything she could do, she still remained in contact with us weekly. .... And the best part was -
she didn't charge us every time we called her or she called us!!! Her fees were extremely
affordable!!! Jeanne's heart is in the right place - she truly loves what she does and it shows.

Jeanne did exactly what she said she would do for us and charged exactly what she said she
would charge. Sounds too good to be true? Well, it is true. .... Living in Georgia, and having a
newborn baby, we didn't want to travel back to California to finalize. Jeanne worked with the
CA courts and they approved it so we did not have to appear. Jeanne was able to handle
everything for us! ... As with any adoption, it is very stressful at times and very emotional.
Jeanne eased our stress both financially and emotionally. She finalized our adoption and now
we have our wonderful and perfect little boy Samuel!!!

We would highly recommend Jeanne Mantell as an adoption attorney. She handled all of the
legal paperwork, courts, etc. perfectly and it all went very smoothly. She was simply wonderful!
It is now 2008, four years later, and Jeanne still keeps in contact with our family, sending us
Mother's and Father's day cards, holiday cards and other wishes throughout the year. She
loves her job, and loves adoption.
