We had the pleasure of working with Jeanne Mantell in June 2004. A birthmother that was
placing her two-year-old son for adoption had selected us and the adoption facilitator
coordinating our adoption highly recommended Jeanne to help us complete the process.
Jeanne worked in conjunction with our Texas attorney and handled the California side of our
adoption including ICPC preparation. We were impressed with Jeanne's passion for
adoption, professionalism and attention to detail. Jeanne walked us through the entire
process and was always available to answer our many questions. Jeanne was warm, friendly
and a pleasure to work with.

Over the years, Jeanne has stayed in touch with our family. She recently sent me a beautiful
card for Mother's Day. It's very obvious to us that Jeanne cares deeply about the families she's
created. As the founder of a large online adoption support community, I've met many adoptive
parents and we've discussed our experiences with various adoption professionals. I always
knew that Jeanne was special but I've come to realize that she is a true gem. She has been
such a blessing to our family.
